READ BEFORE YOU ORDER

First, thank you for showing interest in EUREKA.

We are still a small operation. We do not have a huge warehouse to store large amount of books. We try to keep couple thousand copies of EUREKA in the inventory.
Normally, the books are shipped within 24 – 48 hrs via Canada Post after receiving your order. However, it is possible that due to a sudden surge in orders, we may run out of the EUREKA.

Books are printed by offset printing method which means that we need to order thousands of books at a time to keep the cost down. To order that many books, takes time and the wait time for us to receive the books for shipping could be up to 6 - 8 weeks. We try to keep (potential) customers informed on this page whether there are copies of EUREKA left or if the books are backordered with the expected delivery date.

If you place an order and the book is available for immediate shipping, your credit card will be charged upon ordering the book. However, if we ran out of EUREKAs, your order will taken but not processed. This means that your credit card will not be charged until we have your book and it is ready to be shipped.

In Canada, EUREKA is shipped as a regular parcel, to the US as an expedited parcel, and to the rest of the world as a small packet – international surface.

In the future we hope to be more flexible and have more shipping options available for you.

The shipping is free to orders within GTA (postal codes M & L).

For the rest of the Ontario, the shipping charge is $4.95CAD.

For Canada outside of Ontario, the shipping charge is $9.95CAD.

For US customers, the shipping charge is $12.95CAD.

For most of the countries, the shipping charge is $15.95CAD.

 

RETURNS and CANCELLATIONS:

Every EUREKA we ship is a brand new, never-opened, and factory shrink-wrapped.

You can cancel your order at any time before the book is shipped.

Only books that are in their original shrink-wrap can be returned for refund. The shipping charges are non-refundable.
